Russian Post International Service won another PEOPLE INVESTOR award in Russia
Russian Post International Service, the world’s leading international express services provider, was announced the winner of the PEOPLE INVESTOR-2014 contest in Russia. This year, the jury highly praised the incentive program Simply The Best, developed by Russian Post International Service for its customer service advisors.
The idea of the Simply The Best project is building an incentive system for the employees of the contact center and increasing the importance of their role in the company and beyond. Under the effects of the demographic decline, when recruitment for entry-level jobs becomes a challenging task, implementation of such system became a necessity for the company. Russian Post International Service had to dismantle the stereotype about the lack of perspectives for professional development and career growth in the contact center among its employees and jobseekers. To achieve this, the company consistently initiated a complex of measures for employee training and development as well as motivation and increasing engagement.
“The achievements of Simply The Best program are evident: customer service advisors acknowledge the importance of their role for the success of our business, they recommend Russian Post International Service as the employer of choice and see the perspective of career growth for themselves”, said Natalya Novokshonova, Head of Customer Service, Russian Post International Service in Russia. “Thanks largely to this project, staff turnover in the department halved since the beginning of 2014. Furthermore, the high level of employee engagement contributes to the level of service: 96% of our customers leave positive feedback, while 73% give the highest possible score”.
The project “PEOPLE INVESTOR: Companies investing in people” has been organized by the Russian managers association since 2008, and over this time has attracted an entire community of Russian business representatives who consider the main factor of their success to be their intangible assets: employees, accumulated knowledge, secure partner relations and social reputation. The project offers the possibility of identifying the most progressive practices in the areas of sustainable development and corporate citizenship.
